Platforms and partnerships
If you operate a platform we cover, corrections to factual claims are welcome and will be verified. Requests to change a score or remove a criticism will not be actioned.
What we cannot help with
- Account problems at any platform. We do not operate any of them — contact the provider directly.
- Recovering lost funds or seed phrases. Nobody can do this, and anyone who says they can is defrauding you.
- Personal financial, tax or investment advice. We are not advisers and cannot advise on your situation.
- Price predictions for any asset.
If you have been defrauded
We cannot help you recover funds, and we want to be direct about that rather than waste your time. Report the incident to your national financial regulator and to your local police or cybercrime reporting service. If a payment was made by card or bank transfer, contact your bank immediately — speed matters more than anything else.
Be aware that "recovery services" offering to retrieve lost crypto for an upfront fee are themselves almost always fraudulent, and they specifically target people who have already lost money once.
